Referral Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute a referral agreement between Mnimaids (“Agency”) and the client (“Client”). Mnimaids operates as a referral agency assisting clients seeking residential cleaning services by connecting them with qualified, independent service providers, in accordance with applicable California law.
By requesting cleaning services through Mnimaids, Client authorizes the Agency to identify and refer independent cleaning professionals to perform housekeeping services in Client’s home.
Referral Services
Mnimaids role is to recruit, screen, and maintain a network of independent residential cleaning professionals. Service providers undergo an onboarding process that includes verification of experience, availability, and service capabilities. Mnimaids does not supervise or control the manner in which cleaning services are performed.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time services are scheduled. Client may be required to keep a valid payment method on file. Client agrees to pay Mnimaids the full cost of the requested services, which includes the Agency’s referral fee.
All sales are final. No refunds are issued for completed services.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee. Fees may be waived at the Agency’s discretion in the event of a documented emergency.
Lock-Outs / No-Show
Client is responsible for ensuring access to the property. If the service provider is unable to access the home due to lack of entry or Client unavailability, a lock-out fee may apply. No refunds will be issued for lock-out charges.
Service Quality & Satisfaction
Client is encouraged to conduct a walkthrough upon completion of the service. If Client is not satisfied, concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Mnimaids will coordinate a return visit to address specific areas of concern when applicable, as outlined in the Satisfaction Guarantee.
No Direct Hiring
Client agrees not to directly engage or hire any service provider referred by Mnimaids during the term of services and for a period of nine (9) months following the last service date without written consent from the Agency. Violation of this provision may result in a finder’s fee.
Independent Service Providers
Service providers referred by Mnimaids are independent professionals and are not employees of the Agency. The service provider is solely responsible for the performance of cleaning services. Mnimaids is not liable for acts, omissions, breakage, theft, or unsatisfactory performance by service providers. Client agrees to resolve service-related issues directly with the service provider when applicable.
Limitation of Liability
Mnimaids’ liability, if any, shall be limited to the coordination of a return service as described herein. Under no circumstances shall Mnimaids be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Privacy Policy
Client information is used solely to provide cleaning referral services and may be shared with service providers, payment processors, and service-related software platforms. Personal information will not be sold or shared publicly without consent, except as required by law.
Acceptance of Terms
Client’s scheduling or receipt of services constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service, whether or not a separate agreement is signed.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, with venue in Orange County, California.
Changes to Terms
Mnimaids reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
